Adam Pearce shares throwback picture with CM Punk following WWE RAW

WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce recently shared a throwback picture of him and CM Punk in the ring from back in the day when he used to wrestle. Punk recently announced that he is medically cleared to wrestle.

The Straight Edge Superstar, along with his rival Drew McIntyre, has been the subject of chaos for the RAW General Manager for the past few months. The feud has been escalating since earlier this year and has become more intense in recent weeks after CM Punk cost McIntyre the World Heavyweight Championship multiple times.

The Scottish Warrior was livid after Punk cost him the title at Money in the Bank earlier this month. During the MITB post-show, McIntyre put his hands on Adam Pearce, for which he was suspended. Both rivals have it out for each other and looked to almost settle things on sight in this week's edition of WWE RAW before Drew backed out from putting his hands on the former AEW star.

Later, the RAW General Manager announced that both superstars would be suspended if they lay their hands on one another and then made their match at SummerSlam official with Seth Rollins as the special guest referee. Both McIntyre and Punk were quite unhappy with this decision and it seems Adam Pearce knows this.

The red brand's General Manager has now chosen to spread some love today after the events of WWE RAW by sharing an old picture of him and CM Punk shaking hands in the ring.

"Love somebody today," Adam Pearce wrote.

WWE star slams CM Punk with Colt Cabana reference

Drew McIntyre has had enough of being sc*ewed over and over and wants to completely end CM Punk for crushing his dreams of being a World Champion on multiple occasions.

The two megastars have been embroiled in hot feuds with each other for quite some time and it's only ramped up in intensity each passing month. McIntyre will finally face his sworn enemy at SummerSlam in Punk's first-ever televised singles match since his return to WWE last November.

The feud has seen the pair throw numerous taunts and insults at each other, with one of them being CM Punk taking shots at his rival for putting his name on a T-shirt to sell it as his merch. However, The Second City Saint has pulled the same move by putting Drew's name on one of his T-shirts.

The Scotsman took to X/Twitter to point out his previous statements as hypocritical and slammed him further by bringing up Colt Cabana as he referenced a line from his iconic pipebomb promo from 2011.

It's safe to say the action is going to be relentless between these two stars and it's going to be more than difficult for Seth Rollins to keep them apart while not getting caught in the crossfire as special guest referee at SummerSlam.
