WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce took to his Instagram account to share a two-word message following the latest edition of the Monday Night Show. His post has sparked retirement speculation.
The 46-year-old has endured a tough time dealing with several RAW Superstars in recent months, especially Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. Both stars have launched brutal attacks on other wrestlers on several occasions despite repeated warnings from the General Manager.
In recent weeks, Pearce has been unable to stop Bronson Reed's brutal attacks. This has led to fans questioning Pearce's position as GM on social media. This week on RAW, Bronson Reed seemingly finally met his match in the form of Braun Strowman after Pearce confessed that he would have to suspend the Australian star for repeated assaults on other stars.

Notably, the 46-year-old wrestled several matches in WWE as an enhancement talent between 1997 and 1999. The current RAW General Manager is a former NWA World Heavyweight Champion. Pearce called time on his in-ring career in December 2014.
He signed a contract with WWE in May 2015 for the role of a trainer and NXT producer. Pearce became the on-screen authority figure for RAW and SmackDown in 2020 before being promoted to the GM post of the flagship show last year.
