WWE's Kayla Braxton spoke about how she knew what she wanted to be in life

Kayla Braxton had previously shared how she had figured out what she wanted to become in life at a very young age.

While speaking in an interview with Chris Van Vliet on Insight, Braxton recalled her childhood days, when she participated in a public speaking contest and won first position. She had memorized her speech while the others were carrying notecards. Her foster parents were happy about winning the first position in the competition and she knew right then that she wanted to appear on television when she grew up.

"In the South, if you know we have this thing called 4H and it's like agriculture, sewing, whatever. We all were required to compete in one of these things and I saw public speaking on there. We had to give a speech and I noticed all the other kids had notecards. I was like I'm gonna memorize mine and I did and I won. I didn't even tell my foster parents I was doing this because I didn't want to disappoint them when I didn't win. They were so proud of me and that was the first time an adult was proud of me. I was like, 'Well, this is what I'm gonna do for the rest of my life,'" Braxton said.

Although it is sad to see Braxton bid goodbye to the promotion she had been with for the better part of the last decade, it will be interesting to see what plans she has for her future after leaving WWE.
