"Anywhere but Jacksonville" - WWE fans argue over potential locations for upcoming premium live events

WWE asked fans where they would like to see a future premium live event take place following Backlash and the wrestling world has reacted.

Backlash aired live from Puerto Rico this past Saturday night and featured a wild crowd. There was never a dull moment during the premium live event because the wrestling fans in attendance simply wouldn't allow that to happen. On the other hand, this Monday's edition of RAW took place at the Vyster Veterans Memorial in Jacksonville and was one of the quietest crowds the promotion has had in recent memory.

WWE's official Twitter account asked fans where they want a future PLE to take place, and the wrestling world responded with a variety of suggestions. One fan made sure to take a shot at AEW following last night's abysmal crowd for RAW. Another fan suggested Wembley Stadium since All Elite Wrestling has announced the All In event at the venue this Summer.

Baron Corbin wants WWE to bring a premium live event to Paris

Baron Corbin also reacted to the tweet earlier today and suggested that the company bring a premium live event to Paris.

The 38-year-old superstar is currently a free agent after not being selected by neither brands during this year's WWE Draft. The former United States Champion has hit a rough patch in his career but recently got a great reaction at a live event in Paris, France.

Corbin has been booked mainly as a comedic character as of late, and the thunderous reaction from the crowd caught him off guard in a good way. Baron took to Twitter today and said that Paris deserves a PLE after the warm reception they gave him.

Baron Corbin recently disclosed that he would love to get back to the grittiness of his "Lone Wolf" character. Only time will tell if he will get the opportunity to be taken seriously by wrestling fans once again.
