WWE Superstar Finn Balor recently took to social media to send an out-of-character message from the Stamford-based promotion's live event tour of Japan. Balor is one of the most decorated stars in World Wrestling Entertainment.

Since joining the Triple H-led promotion, The Demon has won several titles including the Universal, Intercontinental, and United States Championships. The Judgment Day star is currently one-half of the World Tag Team Champions as well.

During WWE's house show in Osaka, Japan, Finn Balor and JD McDonagh locked horns with The New Day's Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods with the World Tag Team Championship on the line, which ended in Balor and McDonagh's favor.

The former WWE Universal Champion recently took to X/Twitter to send a message, breaking his on-screen character. The villainous faction's member wrote that he was humbled by all the birthday wishes that he received and thanked everyone, including his wife, Vero Rodriguez.

Balor also mentioned that he was grateful to return to Osaka in the same arena where he wrestled for New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW).

"Humbled by all the birthday love. Thank you kindly to my wife, my family, my cat, and all my friends and Bálor Club around the world. It was a very full circle moment returning to Osaka in the same arena I competed so many times for NJPW. I feel very lucky. Arigato," he wrote.

WWE star JD McDonagh sent a heartwarming message to Finn Balor

JD McDonagh recently took to Instagram to upload some throwback photos of him alongside Finn Balor. McDonagh shared a heartwarming story of competing against Balor in their hometown 13 years ago to now teaming up to become the World Tag Team Champions in WWE.

"I was looking back at some old photos today and I found these. This is the last time @finnbalor and I were in our hometown together. 13 years ago, we wrestled in front of about 40 people and 100 empty chairs in our local community center. Today, we're the World Tag Team Champions. If you commit your life to your goals, there is no dream too big," McDonagh wrote.
