Former WWE Women's Champion, Bayley, shared a social media update commenting on missing the upcoming Bash in Berlin Premium Live Event. The Role Model has been absent from the company's programming since losing her title at SummerSlam.

The former Damage CTRL leader locked horns with Nia Jax in a championship match at The Biggest Party of the Summer. The two put forth a highly engaging back-and-forth contest, which ended after Tiffany Stratton came out with a referee and the Money in the Bank briefcase. Although the 25-year-old failed to cash in her contract, her interference did allow her ally, Jax, to secure the win and become the new champion.

Bayley has yet to make a television appearance following the loss to The Irresistible Force and looks all set to miss Bash in Berlin on August 31. However, she was part of WWE's tour of Germany ahead of the premium live event and wrestled on all five live shows. The 35-year-old took to her Instagram account earlier today to thank the fans for supporting her during the shows while pointing out that she needed some rest.

"Thank you to everyone who showed up for the last 5 shows. Incredible tour. I had the best time. Now I need sleep and an ice bath. Rotterdam, Netherlands. Brussels, Belgium. Oberhausen, Germany. Stuttgart, Germany. Frankfurt, Germany," she wrote.

Bayley shares a cryptic update amid absence from WWE television

Bayley's booking post-WrestleMania XL has arguably been questionable. The inaugural Women's Grandslam Champion defeated her former stablemate IYO SKY at The Showcase of the Immortals to become the WWE Women's Champion.

Before losing the gold to Nia Jax at SummerSlam, The Role Model defended her title thrice, which all appeared to be random feuds. Bayley has not been part of a significant storyline since Damage CTRL got drafted to the red brand.

The former WWE Women's Champion recently took to her X (fka Twitter) account to seemingly share her honest take on her recent run with the company. She posted an image of a quote from popular podcaster, Jay Shetty, hinting she was not okay with her bookings and believes she deserves better.

Bayley is among the most decorated female performers on the current WWE roster. She has been through several ups and downs over the years and it remains to be seen how the veteran will bounce back following a lackluster run.
