WWE Women's Champion Bayley has congratulated a fellow star on twenty years in the professional wrestling business. The veteran defeated Piper Niven last weekend at Clash at the Castle in Scotland to retain her title.
The New Day's Xavier Woods noted on social media today that this summer represents twenty years for him in the wrestling industry. He sent a message of thanks to the WWE Universe ahead of tomorrow night's edition of WWE RAW. Bayley reacted to Woods' post with a heartwarming message.
She told the veteran that she loved and believed in him, as seen in her post below.
"Love you so much Woodsie! I believe in you 🙌🏼🙌🏼," she wrote.
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
The champion was once the leader of Damage CTRL but the faction betrayed her after she won the Women's Royal Rumble match, earlier this year. However, the 35-year-old ultimately got her revenge by defeating her former stablemate, IYO SKY, at WrestleMania XL to become the new WWE Women's Champion.
WWE SmackDown star Bayley picks winner in hypothetical match between two former champions
Bayley has picked a winner in a hypothetical match between Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair.
The popular duo won the Women's Tag Team Championship at Backlash France last month, but they did not have a lengthy title reign. They were dethroned by The Unholy Union (Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn) in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark at WWE Clash at the Castle: Scotland last weekend.
Speaking with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Bill Apter in an exclusive interview, Bayley picked Bianca Belair to win the hypothetical match against Jade Cargill. She noted that The EST had more experience currently and Cargill could get the better of her tag team partner down the line.
"If that match happens, I'm gonna have to go with Bianca, and that's only because she had so many matches with me. She's learned from the best! She, in the end, has more experience than Jade Cargill right now, and maybe that doesn't happen in a couple of years from now [compared to] if that match were to happen today. But I'm gonna have to go with The EST," said Bayley. [3:07 – 3:28]

Bayley has had an impressive title reign so far and it will be interesting to see which SmackDown star challenges her next. Nia Jax has a title shot set for SummerSlam, after winning the Queen of the Ring Tournament last month.
