It looks like Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky met separately without Bayley. The former Women's Tag Team Champions posted a short video of the two hugging and celebrating Sky's birthday. When Bayley came across the post, she demanded to know why she wasn't a part of the meet.

Why did Damage Ctrl exclude Bayley from Iyo Sky's birthday post?

Since WrestleMania, Damage Ctrl members' relationship has shaken up a bit. The seeds were sown when Becky Lynch and Lita challenged Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai to a match for the Women's Tag Team Titles. Before the Champions could accept, the Damage Ctrl leader stepped in and accepted the match for them.

The duo didn't take kindly to the decision, and their loss at WrestleMania hasn't made things easier. On The RAW after WrestleMania, the leader of the stable was able to negotiate herself into a number one contender's match for Bianca Belair's RAW Women's Championship. When she told her teammates about it, Iyo Sky seemed angry about her taking the opportunity instead of giving it to either of her teammates.

Bayley then went back and convinced Adam Pearce to replace her with Iyo Sky. Sky came out victorious in the match, claiming the opportunity to face the EST of WWE at Backlash. During the WWE RAW Women's Championship match at the PLE in Puerto Rico, the two Damage Ctrl members made their way to the ring, causing a distraction. In the confusion, Sky missed her Moonsault, allowing Belair to hit her with the KOD for the win.
