Bayley has made a major announcement about a future change for herself, just before WWE SmackDown. The star has been one of the biggest names in WWE for quite a long time and was part of the Original Four Horsewomen.
While always athletic, the star's brand was never about power but about her ability in the wrestling ring. She lost her Women's Championship to Nia Jax and has been unable to regain it, but heading into SmackDown, she made a big announcement about changes she's making to her regimen.
Bayley went on her Instagram stories to say that she had signed up with Rallis Regimen and had not felt so strong in a long time. She added that her goals were to change her current body, to lean out more and put on muscle, and to be an explosive athlete, changing her entire brand.
She has been noticing differences daily, which has been exciting for her.

"I've recently signed up with @rallisregimen and I haven't felt this strong in so long. My goals right now are to lean out, while putting on muscle. I dream of being an explosive athlete, even if my body doesn't feel up to it. I notice the tiniest of difference every day and that excites me."
Bayley has a big responsibility in WWE now
The former champion was a member of WWE's Four Horsewomen, but she's currently the only active member of those four stars in the company.
Charlotte Flair is out of action right now due to her injuries, and it's not certain when she will be back. Sasha Banks, aka Mercedes Mone, also left the company and is now in AEW. Meanwhile, Becky Lynch became a free agent after her WWE contract expired in June 2024.
Until Charlotte returns, Bayley is the only active member of the group left and, as a result, has a huge responsibility for herself.
