WWE Superstar Bayley recently took to social media to make a personal announcement ahead of tonight's SmackDown.
After winning the 2024 Women's Royal Rumble Match, Bayley was betrayed by her Damage CTRL teammates. She then challenged IYO SKY for the Women's Championship at WrestleMania XL, in which The Role Model emerged victorious. The 34-year-old is now set to for her first title defense against Naomi on this week's episode of Friday Night SmackDown.
Bayley recently took to Instagram to upload some adorable photos with her newborn niece, saying that it was her favorite part of WrestleMania week. The Role Model also mentioned that she hoped her niece was going to cheer for her during her first title defense against Naomi.

She’s brought the name “Role Model” to a whole new level for me. And although she already has a bada**, strong, loving, brave, and BEAUTIFUL superhero for a Mom (my sister)...I hope she’ll cheer me on tomorrow night in my first title defense 🤑❤️ I love you, baby girl!" she wrote.

WWE Superstar Naomi vowed to dethrone Bayley on SmackDown
After qualifying for the Women's Championship match, Naomi gave an interview on SmackDown LowDown in which she said she would put on a competitive match and vowed to dethrone The Role Model.
"I'm very excited for Smackdown next week. Bay-omi, me and my good friend Bayley, you know. I plan on giving her my best and putting on a very competitive match. And I don't know KK, you might be looking at the next WWE Women's Champion."
Many fans want to see Dakota Kai start a feud with her former teammate for the Women's Championship soon. It will be interesting to see what WWE has planned for The Role Model's future.
