Bayley has been with WWE for 12 years and is a veteran of the Women's Division. Having risen through the ranks from NXT, she recently discussed the differences between the black-and-silver brand and the company's main roster.

Having experienced the business's highs and lows, the 35-year-old has proved capable of adapting to changes. After all, she started as 'the Hugger' in NXT but now finds herself going by the moniker of The Role Model.

While Bayley is a much bigger star now, she hasn't forgotten her roots. Recently, she spoke to the Orlando Sentinel about her time in NXT, when shows were regularly held at Full Sail University in Orlando.

She described how intimate the setting was, with fans so close that the talent could practically hear all the conversations. With that in mind, it was impossible for anyone to ever "fake it," as everyone in the ring was watching every move, from the ring entrance to the actual match itself.

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

“It’s the intimacy we had with the crowd there,” Bayley said. “You couldn’t fake it, couldn’t just cruise by and hope this will look good on TV, whether it was your match or your ring entrance. When you’re making eye-to-eye contact with fans and can hear any conversation, it keeps you honest. It really taught me that if I show what I’m really feeling, you can’t fool anybody. I carry that with me — it really helps me connect with myself through the art of WWE.” [H/T Orlando Sentinel]

There is no denying that the black and silver brand has played a massive role in making the eight-time champion the superstar into a 'role model' of today.

Bayley could be heading to RAW as part of the WWE Transfer Window

Although Bayley earned her stripes in NXT, she is now a part of the main roster. These are exciting times for superstars on both RAW and SmackDown, as it was recently announced that the WWE Transfer Window had begun. This means general managers Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis could be finalizing some blockbuster deals in the coming days.

One such agreement could see The Role Model trade the blue brand for the red one. With RAW heading to Netflix, the brand is looking to make some major acquisitions, and the 35-year-old would be just that.

She even took to Instagram to promote the red brand's move to one of the world's biggest streaming services.

It will be interesting to see where Bayley ends up in 2025. Regardless of the date and time, she will undoubtedly continue to be a headliner.
