Bayley revealed her strategy for her impressive showing against WWE Women's Champion Nia Jax at Bad Blood. The veteran challenged Jax for the title at the Premium Live Event last Saturday night.
Ahead of tonight's episode of WWE SmackDown, Bayley took to her Instagram story to share a new video. The former leader of Damage CTRL posted a video of herself working out and noted that it was how she was able to lift The Irresistible Force. Nia Jax defeated the 35-year-old to capture the WWE Women's Championship earlier this year at SummerSlam. The veteran defeated Naomi in a singles match on the September 27 edition of SmackDown to earn another shot at the title. However, she came up short in her title match against Jax at Bad Blood.

Bayley picks a winner in a hypothetical match between two popular WWE stars
SmackDown star Bayley recently shared who she believed would win a match between Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair.
The EST and Cargill are the reigning Women's Tag Team Champions and will be putting their titles on the line tonight against Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson on SmackDown.
In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling earlier this year, the former leader of Damage CTRL claimed that Belair would defeat Cargill in a singles match due to her experience. However, she added that she might have a different answer once Cargill improves in the ring.
"If that match happens, I'm gonna have to go with Bianca, and that's only because she had so many matches with me. She's learned from the best! She, in the end, has more experience than Jade Cargill right now, and maybe that doesn't happen in a couple of years from now [compared to] if that match were to happen today. But I'm gonna have to go with The EST." [3:07 – 3:28]
