Becky Lynch has made a statement about what the future holds for her after she finally talked about her retirement. She's also provided an update about what she is doing right now.
Earlier this week, it was reported during her appearance on the Vulture Festival that Becky Lynch had cleared the air by breaking her silence about retirement. She said that she would not be going out with Dominik Mysterio slamming a door in her face, making it clear that she was not done with WWE or wrestling.
In a post by Vulture, they have gone on to reveal further comments from Becky Lynch. The star spoke about her future in WWE and a return, saying that she was unsure when that would happen and that she was working on some projects that she was excited about. She went on to say that she felt fans would think the projects were "pretty awesome."
“But when will that come back? I don’t know, I don’t know, I’ve really been enjoying myself and working on some projects that I’m very excited about, whenever I get to share them with you, I think they’re pretty awesome. I think you’re gonna think they’re pretty awesome. Yeah, we will see what the future holds.”
A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.
The report by Vulture also noted that Lynch had updated that she was training for a half-marathon. This may be one of the new projects she's working on but is unlikely to be the only one.
Liv Morgan is still the WWE Women's World Champion since taking the title from Becky Lynch
Becky Lynch lost the world title when facing Liv Morgan. Dominik Mysterio's assistance ensured that the star was able to walk away as the champion.
On top of that, in the rematch against the star, Dominik Mysterio helped Morgan again, by slamming the steel cage door against Lynch's skull. This ensured the star was unable to leave the ring, and Morgan was able to hold on to the title again.
