Bianca Belair holds the record for the longest reign as Women's Champion in WWE. She was one of the first draft picks in 2024, which was symbolic of her star power in the company and business overall.
Another major accomplishment in her career is that she headlined WrestleMania 37 on Night One. When asked about her career goals recently, Belair noted that being in the main event of Night Two of The Show of Shows will cement her elite status.
Speaking on Good Karma Wrestling, Bianca Belair addressed this as one of her goals. But more importantly, she said it was all about the women's division. The EST of WWE wanted more opportunities for female talents and hoped to be part of a high-profile contest even if it didn't have any title implications.
"I’ve accomplished a lot so quickly. I’ve main-evented WrestleMania Night One, I would love to main event WrestleMania Night Two because I feel like that’s a whole other status type of thing. I would love to be part of a women’s match that doesn’t even have a title," Bianca Belair said.

She pointed to how the men's division did not always have to have a title involved for a feud to be appreciated and be popular with the fans. Bianca Belair hoped the women's division could also emulate the same, especially since it had evolved with time, and just needed the required opportunities.
"I would love to get to a WrestleMania where both women’s titles are defended, the tag team titles are defended, but we also have a women’s match on the card that, the storyline’s just so great that we don’t necessarily have to have a title. I feel like the men do it all the time, and I feel like it would show how much the women’s roster has evolved because that’s how much talent that we have. We just need more matches. We have so many women," she added. [From 3:56 to 4:34]

Bianca Belair wants to follow in the footsteps of Becky Lynch and Bayley
One can safely say that Becky Lynch and Bayley are two of the pioneers of the evolution of the women's division in WWE.
Bianca Belair noted that despite their individual successes, the two veterans consistently elevated the women's division as a whole. She added that this is what she hoped to do too. She is currently one-half of the Women's Tag Team Champion alongside Jade Cargill, which is something she wanted to accomplish.
"Being in a tag team was one of my goals, I had never done that before. I wanted to be a tag team champion. It’s new, it’s fresh. I also look up to people like Becky Lynch and Bayley, who have accomplished so much, but they also do so much for the division, they elevate the division, and I want my name to be in the same conversation as them," Bianca Belair said. At Bash in Berlin on August 31, The EST and The Storm began their second reign as the Women's Tag Team Champions. They are rumored to be in consideration to be featured in a high-profile singles match at WrestleMania 41 next year.
