WWE Superstar Big E appears to have parted ways with The New Day after Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods turned on him this past Monday. Following this week's RAW, the former WWE World Champion's girlfriend took to social media to fire major shots at Woods and Kingston.
The December 2, 2024, edition of the red brand featured The New Day's 10th anniversary celebration. Kofi and Xavier were on the brink of a split before Big E made a surprise return to weekly programming for the first time since March 2022.
At one point, during the deeply personal segment between the trio, Kingston mentioned Big E's girlfriend, Kris Yim, claiming that the former WWE Champion had prioritized his new relationship over The New Day.

On X (formerly Twitter), Kris Yim criticized The New Day duo, claiming that it was easy for Big E to start a relationship with her because she always had his back. The 38-year-old WWE star's girlfriend then took shots at Kofi Kingston's physique and suggested Xavier Woods focus on winning a singles title.

"But for real, it was easy for him [Big E] to start a life with me bc [sic] I actually have his f**kin back and don’t EVER play about mine. Instead of worrying about what we doin [sic] over here, @TrueKofi needs to work on that bird a** chest, & [sic], @AustinCreedWins on actually winning a singles title," she wrote.

Major WWE star is happy that Big E is out of The New Day
Many expected either Xavier Woods or Kofi Kingston to turn heel during The New Day's 10th anniversary segment. However, the duo embraced the dark side and kicked Big E out of the faction.
Taking to X, former NXT Champion Ethan Page expressed his admiration for the heel version of The New Day members after they parted ways with the former WWE Champion.
"Always been a BIG fan of @AustinCreedWins & [sic] @TrueKofi 🤣," he wrote.
