A member of The Bloodline appears to be healthy ahead of tonight's episode of WWE SmackDown. The group member reportedly suffered an injury scare during the Men's WarGames Match at WWE Survivor Series last month.
The promotion shared a video of The Bloodline arriving at the XL Center in Connecticut for tonight's edition of SmackDown. In the video, Jacob Fatu can be seen walking without a limp. Although the Samoan Werewolf was present on the blue brand last week, he'd appeared to suffer an injury during the Men's WarGames Match at Survivor Series but was possibly just selling his awkward landing after attempting a Moonsault on CM Punk.
Bronson Reed joined The Bloodline and competed in the Men's WarGames Match. Unfortunately, the Australian star suffered a broken ankle while attempting a Tsunami Splash on Roman Reigns from the top of the cage. Tonga Loa also suffered a torn bicep and will be out of action for the foreseeable future.
WWE Hall of Famer reacts to recent Jacob Fatu match
Wrestling legend Teddy Long recently shared his thoughts on the match between Jacob Fatu and Jey Uso on the November 22 edition of WWE SmackDown.
Jacob Fatu defeated Main Event Jey to earn the advantage for The Bloodline in the Men's WarGames Match at Survivor Series. However, Sikoa's team still came up short as Roman Reigns pinned Solo Sikoa at the premium live event last month.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's The Wrestling Time Machine, Long commented on the conversation between Fatu and Uso being inaudible due to the commentary team speaking over them. The veteran noted that it was probably done intentionally as the company may not have wanted fans to hear their conversation.
"Sometimes, when they are doing stuff like that, you know that's there for a reason. Maybe they didn't want you to hear what they [the wrestlers] were saying. Maybe they could go back to that, maybe next week on the show, 'Hey, as Michael Cole and the guy were talking there, there was a confrontation on some kind of a, something going on between Jacob Fatu.' We don't know what they were saying but we did get a little bit of it... You know what I mean, you can always use that," said Long. [10:16 onwards]
