Former WWE Champion Bobby Lashley is rumored to leave the Stamford-based wrestling promotion after his contract expires in August. Amid rumors of his potential exit from the company, The All Mighty shared a cryptic update on social media.

The 48-year-old was recently removed from WWE's internal roster alongside MVP and Tamina, amid his absence from television. Lashley was scheduled to lock horns with The Bloodline's Tama Tonga in round one of the King of the Ring tournament before he suffered an injury while training. He was replaced by his fellow faction member Angelo Dawkins, who lost the match.

Bobby Lashley recently took to Instagram Stories to share a cryptic message. The former United States Champion posted a quote hours after WWE Head of Creative Triple H refused to share an update on Lashley and MVP's contract situation.

"The greatest skill I ever acquired was to embrace hate without becoming a hater," read Lashley's Instagram Story.

WWE Hall of Famer believes Bobby Lashley should reunite with his former stablemates in TNA

Bobby Lashley and MVP joined forces to form The Hurt Business in 2020. The faction soon expanded as Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander also joined the group. Unfortunately, the stable was disbanded in 2022.

Shelton Benjamin was released from his contract last year. With the two original members set to follow suit, a reunion between the former stablemates is expected to take place in a rival promotion.

On the latest episode of his Hall of Fame podcast, former World Champion Booker T said that the three should reunite in TNA instead of AEW to get more screen time, as he claimed that AEW's roster was saturated.

"It's not so saturated in TNA where these guys would be seen and highlighted on a weekly basis. Of course, they could end up in AEW, and of course, they would probably make a whole lot more money. If done right in TNA, the money would still be there for them because they could go out and do other projects. [...] I think it's a win-win situation over there," he said. [H/T WrestlingInc]

Bobby Lashley has previously wrestled for TNA. He was among the most dominant performers on the roster during his time with the wrestling promotion, winning the World Heavyweight Title four times. It remains to be seen if Lashley will return to TNA again following his departure from WWE.
