WWE Superstar Braun Strowman has been absent from television since suffering an unfortunate injury during his clash with Bronson Reed last month. The Monster of All Monsters recently shared an update regarding his injury.

The 41-year-old tore his groin during the Last Monster Standing Match against Bronson Reed on the September 30 edition of Monday Night RAW. Despite the injury, Strowman won the contest after Seth Rollins made his return to WWE television and attacked the former NXT North American Champion.

Braun Strowman took to his Instagram account earlier today to share a video of himself exercising at a gym. The former WWE Universal Champion appears to have recovered well. Considering the work he was putting in, Strowman will be hoping to return to the squared circle pretty soon.

"Rack the stack is back!!!!!! You want a big azz back??? You gotta lift big azz weights!!!" he wrote.

Braun Strowman explains why he will not join major WWE faction

Before The Wyatt Sicks made their WWE debut earlier this year, many fans speculated about Braun Strowman also being a part of the mysterious faction. The former Intercontinental Champion, however, has been keeping a safe distance from the group.

In an interview with The Ringer earlier this year, Strowman referred to The Wyatt Sicks as terrifying. The former member of The Wyatt Family claimed he was purposely trying to distance himself from the Uncle Howdy-led stable. Braun claimed that he feared the faction could bring out the monster he had been hiding inside.

"They’re fu**ing terrifying. There’s no other way to put it. I’ve said this a couple of times in interviews. I’m purposely trying to stay as far away as I can right now because that part of me I work really hard to put away. There’s a monster instead of this monster, and I feel him rattle his cage because there’s something about them that I can feel myself wanting to be pulled. I’m fighting it. I don’t want to go there. I don’t want to let him back out. If they’re able to pull it back out of me, I fear for myself. I fear for anything that’s around me. I’m not a good person when it comes out, and I’m very good at doing bad things to people," he said. [H/T: Fightful]
