WWE recently held the Backlash PLE in Puerto Rico, which was a massive success, and fans are excited for what's to come next. They are heavily pushing the company to sign the recently returned star Carlito on a full-time basis.
In 2021, Carlito made his return to WWE during the Thunderdome Era. The Caribbean Cool made a surprise return at the Royal Rumble. However, the former US Champion left after making a total of just two appearances for the company.
Last weekend, Carlito made a shocking return which received one of the biggest pops of the night when he came out to save Bad Bunny from The Judgment Day. After the event, fans began to push WWE to sign the former Intercontinental and United States Champion on a full-time basis.

The Caribbean Cool also aligned with the Latino World Order at Backlash. It will be interesting to see if the one-off appearance becomes a full-time gig for Carlito in the near future.
Carlito is a former 4-time Champion in WWE
In 2004, Carlito made his debut for WWE and immediately went after the then-United States Champion John Cena on the blue brand. In his first match, he won the United States Championship and feuded with the Doctor of Thugonomics for a while.
Carlito once again shocked the world when he went to the red brand and immediately won the Intercontinental Championship in his first match on RAW as well. He later formed an alliance with Chris Masters, which went on for several months before the duo eventually broke up.
After spending a couple of years in the company, Primo Colo joined the company and formed a tag team with his brother. The two became a very successful tag team act where they ended up winning the World and WWE Tag Team Championships from The Miz and John Morrison at WrestleMania 25.
After he left the company in 2010, Colon spent his time on the independent circuit before making a surprise appearance at 2021's Royal Rumble. Last weekend, Carlito returned to save the day alongside Savio Vega to assist Bad Bunny in his San Juan Street Fight against The Judgment Day's Damian Priest.
