Bron Breakker has "progressed so far," legend predicts major move WWE could make

Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker successfully defended his title against Sheamus and Ludwig Kaiser at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames. Reviewing their performances on his podcast, Jim Cornette singled out Breakker for picking things up quicker than most.

Cornette named Bron Breakker his favorite wrestler at the moment, and predicted that WWE could very well strap a rocket on his back and push him to the moon.

On the Jim Cornette Experience, the 63-year-old veteran noted that despite being a heel, Breakker has the crowd cheering him on. He continued to heap praise on the IC Champion for his ability to think fast in the ring and for doing the little things that count:

"[Bron Breakker is] so good. I think he's my favorite wrestler now, because he is so good at everything at this stage in the game. He's progressed so far, not only with the physical attributes, but the way he thinks, the way he reacts, the facial expressions. The way he knows how to sometimes extricate himself out of something. It's just, he's ahead of his time," Cornette said, before adding, "And he's going to be huge f**king money." [From 2:15 to 2:58]

This is Breakker's second reign with the IC Title since moving to WWE's main roster in 2024. Perhaps the 27-year-old is not too far away from capturing his first world championship belt.

CM Punk expects Bron Breakker to make a huge impact in WWE

During the Fanatics Fest NYC event in August, CM Punk put over Bron Breakker. He feels that the young stalwart is "dangerous" owing to his Steiner blood. Furthermore, The Best in the World also added that if Breakker can withstand the pressure that comes with success, he is going to wind up on top of the food chain sooner rather than later.

"I think he’s dangerous because he’s a Steiner. The future looks bright as long as he can navigate the water and deal with all the pressure. Everybody looks at him and says the same thing, ‘Bonafide future world champion and superstar.’ That’s a lot to deal with when you’re young and first starting out. He has a good head on his shoulders. I predict good things for him," CM Punk on Bron Breakker.

As seen in the video above, there was a moment in the Triple Threat match at Survivor Series, where Sheamus nearly sealed the deal. But then Ludwig Kaiser cost the Irishman his first IC Title win.

Former WWE analyst Matt Camp feels the company can move on with a storyline where Kaiser winds up being the catalyst for either The Celtic Warrior's retirement or banishment from RAW.
