Bron Breakker sets his priorities straight following Survivor Series: WarGames; puts current WWE champion on notice

WWE Superstar Bron Breakker recently discussed his priorities following his major win at Survivor Series: WarGames. The 27-year-old also discussed potentially going after the current World Heavyweight Champion, Gunther.

Bron Breakker has been signed with World Wrestling Entertainment since 2021. After making a huge name for himself on the company's developmental brand by winning the NXT Championship and NXT Tag Team Championship, Breakker was called up to the main roster as part of the 2024 Draft and is the current Intercontinental Champion.

Meanwhile, Gunther has cemented his legacy as one of the best in the business and currently holds the World Heavyweight Championship. Both stars were in action at Survivor Series: WarGames. The Ring General retained his gold against Damian Priest and Breakker also retained his title by defeating Sheamus and Ludwig Kaiser.

During the Survivor Series: WarGames post-show press conference, Bron Breakker was asked if he was eyeing the World Heavyweight Championship now or if he was still focused on his Intercontinental Championship reign.

The 27-year-old WWE star made his priorities clear by saying that he was focused on his current title reign. Breakker added that he would go after Gunther and his world title eventually.

"I think the priority right now is my Intercontinental Championship and having the best possible run that I can have. You know, just do a great job night in and night out. That's where my focus is right now. I'm sure I'll get to Gunther at some point and the World Heavyweight Championship some point down the line but right now, we're just focused on this [his IC Title]," he said. [19:40 - 20:03]

Bron Breakker hinted at a potential alliance with Paul Heyman in WWE

During the same post-show press conference, Bron Breakker was asked about forming a possible alliance with Paul Heyman. The Intercontinental Champion said that there was indeed a possibility of him aligning with the WWE Hall of Famer in the future.

"I definitely think there's a possibility of that happening at some point down the line. I don't know. But the door's definitely open. So I guess we'll say never say never on that."

It will be interesting to see what the Stamford-based promotion has planned for Bron Breakker's future on the main roster.
