A WWE legend believes that a betrayal involving Roman Reigns and The Bloodline could lead to a shocking debut. Rikishi, a real-life member of The Bloodline, claims that Sami Zayn's involvement in the current storyline might lead to a crazy twist.

The original Bloodline is set to reunite at Crown Jewel when they take on Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, and The Tongans in a six-man tag team match. The Bloodline 2.0 has the numbers advantage, which led to speculation that Sami Zayn will even the odds.

According to Rikishi on the latest episode of his Off The Top podcast, Zayn returning to the OG Bloodline could be used to tell another story. He thought that the former Intercontinental Champion might betray Reigns and The Usos or possibly leave for a different reason, paving the way for a new member of The Bloodline.

"The quicker we bring in other family members, it doesn't it prolong this Bloodline storyline. Meaning like who's to say Sami comes in, now Sami all of a sudden, I don't know, maybe turns on one of the original Bloodlines? As Sami goes to leave and he thinks he's gone from it, boom! In comes one member be it Lance (Anoa’i) or be it Zilla (Fatu) or be it Journey (Fatu)," Rikishi said. [12:10 - 12:47]

Roman Reigns and The Usos need one more person as backup to even the odds against The Bloodline 2.0. Sami Zayn is a former member of the faction due to being the 'Honorary Uce'. Lance Anoa'i, Zilla Fatu, and Journey Fatu are all real-life members of The Bloodline currently working on the independent circuit.

Zilla Fatu acknowledges Roman Reigns as his Tribal Chief

One of the rumored new members of The Bloodline is Zilla Fatu, the son of the late Umaga. Fatu is currently working on the independent circuit, mainly for Booker T's Reality of Wrestling, as well as House of Glory Wrestling.

Speaking on The Wrestle Era podcast, the 25-year-old star acknowledged Roman Reigns as his Tribal Chief.

"I'm gonna keep it 100. OTC. I think what Roman has done for the wrestling community and not only that, our family, it's hard not to acknowledge what he started. So he started it. Roman brought us to this motherland, right? Now, it's up to Solo, Jacob, I would say The Usos, but Usos been in the game for a little minute. It's up to Solo, Jacob, me, and our other family members that's coming up, it's up to us to hold that position for our family at the top of the mountain," Zilla said. [H/T Fightful]

Zilla Fatu's father, Umaga, is the brother of Rikishi and the first cousin of Roman Reigns. Umaga was formerly known as Jamal, the tag team partner of Rosey, who is the real-life brother of Reigns.
