Carmella has reacted to Tiffany Stratton winning the WWE Women's Championship on SmackDown. Stratton dethroned Nia Jax after unexpectedly betraying her.
Jax's reign began at the SummerSlam 2024 Premium Live Event when she defeated Bayley. Interestingly enough, Stratton played a major role in Jax's victory, as she distracted The Role Model by teasing a cash-in.
On Instagram, Carmella reacted to Stratton's first post after winning the WWE Women's Championship. The former SmackDown Women's Champion congratulated the 25-year-old superstar.
"Congrats babe! Looks good on you," wrote Carmella.

In 2017, Carmella won the inaugural Women's Money in the Bank Ladder match. The following year, she cashed in her contract on Charlotte Flair after holding the briefcase for 287 days.
Carmella won the SmackDown Women's Championship with an assist from The IIconics.
Mark Henry wants Tiffany Stratton to form a new alliance
Mark Henry believes Tiffany Stratton needs a heater in WWE, someone who could watch her back after winning the WWE Women's Championship.
Speaking on the Busted Open podcast, Henry claimed the new women's champion needs someone who could cause interference during her matches. He said:
"Oh, snap! Now she's gonna have to deal with Nia," Mark Henry noted. "Nia can very easily give her the, 'Oh. Okay. Good game. I see,' or she could be like, 'You waited. You set me up. You buttered me up. You didn't care. Now I'm gonna...' - and they can go either way. But regardless of the fact, Tiffy is gonna have to have a heavy. She needs someone now to run interference. Who is that gonna be?"
Stratton is expected to continue her feud with Nia Jax, who was allied to the 25-year-old superstar. Jax currently has Candice LeRae by her side and could outnumber the new WWE Women's Champion.
