Charlotte Flair has provided an update on her physical condition. The multi-time Women's Champion has been absent from WWE for quite some time.

In 2023, Flair tore her ACL, MCL, and meniscus, during a match against Asuka. After the injury, it was confirmed that she would be sidelined for nine months, resulting in her missing WrestleMania XL earlier this year.

On Twitter/X, Flair shared a video from one of her recent training sessions. The former SmackDown Women's Champion also sent a five-word message:

"Nothing Worth Having Comes Easy," wrote Flair.

Bill Apter believes Tiffany Stratton should be worried about Charlotte Flair's return

Charlotte Flair's return is yet to be revealed or announced by WWE. The company could be planning an unannounced return for The Queen.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's The Wrestling Time Machine, Bill Apter discussed Tiffany Stratton winning the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match. He also stated how the return of Flair could shake up the entire SmackDown women's division. Apter said:

"She did because she is the... Nothing wrong with any of the other ladies. I think Chelsea was very close, but in terms of marketting and viable for a match against one of the champions, it's gotta be her. She looked tremendous. She has got that athletic background. My question is, I don't know when this is gonna happen, but the woman's division has changed so much. What's gonna happen in your opinion when Charlotte Flair clicks that button and says, 'I am ready to come back,'"

The SmackDown women's division features top superstars and household names including Bayley, Jade Cargill, Bianca Belair, Nia Jax, and Tiffany Stratton, among others. Flair's return could be a major boost for the division.

It remains to be seen when the former multi-time women's champion will return to WWE television.
