Charlotte Flair has been out of action for more than six months now. The Queen suffered severe tears in her ACL, MCL, and meniscus during a match against Asuka on December 8, 2023. Since then, The Queen has been putting in a lot of effort to return to action. In that regard, the decorated women's champion recently posted a video of her progress, receiving praise from a WWE Hall of Famer and a 42-year-old veteran.

WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray and former Divas Champion Natalya recently heaped praise on The Queen for her determination and grit during the difficult injury process. The Hall of Famer had sent several emojis of strength to Charlotte Flair, marveling at her recovery.

In response, The Queen acknowledged Ray's appreciation and replied with emojis of her own.

Former women's champion Natalya also expressed how happy she was to see Charlotte Flair slowly getting back to her pre-injury form. In response, The Queen thanked the 42-year-old.

"Thank you saucy 💕”

WWE Superstar Charlotte Flair strengthens herself to make a long-awaited comeback

Charlotte Flair is not slacking around as she recovers and attends to her injured leg. The Queen's recent Instagram post showcased her taking the isokinetic strength test. She revealed that she did exceptionally well in the test and even performed better than she had assessed initially.

The star can be seen toiling through the test with a lot of heart.

"Today, was my first biodex (isokinetic training) test! I needed to be in the 40 percent or less deficit for strength compared to my non surgical leg….. I had 20 percent or less quad strength and in some of the measurements I was stronger in my surgical leg… 🤯🙏🏻 I MISS YOU GUYS & can’t wait to lace my boots again!💎🦚🦋🏔️ Love,👸🏼. Thank you @ladytsportstherapy,” Charlotte Flair shared.

Interestingly, Flair is not alone in her recovery journey. She is seemingly training alongside NXT star Nikkita Lyons, who is also out with an injury.
