That night, The Tribal Chief defeated his cousin Jey Uso inside the hellish structure to retain the Universal Championship. After the match, Afa and Sika came out on the entrance ramp and celebrated Reigns' big win with him.
Roman Reigns held the belt for the next four years, finally losing it to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania XL. The Head of the Table is arguably the biggest superstar in modern-day WWE.

He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback.
