WWE Superstar Charlotte Flair made a big tease in her recent post on X/Twitter. The Queen made a huge Triple H reference and hinted at a major character change as well.
Flair has been away from in-ring action for just over a year now. Her match with Asuka on SmackDown back in December 2023 led to a bunch of injuries. She has been on a hiatus since then and fans are patiently waiting to see her back in action.
A recent report suggested Charlotte Flair could return to the ring with a major gimmick change. The report hinted that her character of "The Queen" could return with a slight modification, making it darker. Flair has now shared a tweet in which she made a Triple H reference, and can be seen wearing dark attire. In the picture she shared, Flair is looking at a bunch of monitors.
"It's all about the game and how you play it 😈."
What exactly was said about Charlotte Flair's character change?
WrestleVotes recently noted on Sportskeeda’s Backstage Pass podcast that Flair could make a big return as a darker version of "The Queen." Check out WrestleVotes' full comment below:
“Not gimmick, per se. I think her, or I can’t say, I think I know her presentation will be different. It’ll be more towards 'The Queen' type of gimmick, kind of like a, you know what? I’m not even going to go there because the internet’s going to take it for go wild, just maybe like a dark queen, okay, maybe like a little Seth Rollins-esque flair in her attire, she’ll just be turned up a little volume wise.”
Flair has done it all in the business but still has a lot left in the tank. She will receive a massive pop when she finally appears on WWE TV again.
