WWE is headed to Sin City for WrestleMania 41 next year. The two-night event is sure to be star-studded with many memorable moments. Chelsea Green is somewhat known for her controversial pitches, and now she's made a massive pitch for The Grandest Stage of Them All.
Cardi B is a known WWE fan. The rapper made several viral wrestling-related comments in recent years, and at one point there were ongoing rumors of the New York City native appearing on RAW or SmackDown. In need of a new tag team partner, Green began hosting her "Chelsea's Got Talent" auditions on social media, and in late 2023, she revealed that she hoped the campaign would end with a match against Cardi B, or a new tag team with the Bodak Yellow rapper.
The Hot Mess has not given up on the idea of bringing Cardi B to WWE. After commenting to The Ringer that she wants to entertain like The Miz, she pointed out that The A-Lister has headlined WrestleMania. Green said the people need to be entertained, and that's not always going to mean flips or a UFC-style fight.
"I'm never gonna be Shayna Baszler, I'm never gonna be Zoey Stark, like a bada** doing a flip onto a ladder... no, thank you. But when you have Cardi B come to WrestleMania, and you need someone to make her look good, you need someone to bump around for her, you need someone to lay on the ground while she pins them, that'll be me. I'm OK with that because at the end of the day, I would love laying down and staring up at those WrestleMania lights just as much as I would pinning someone," Chelsea Green said.
Corey Graves deleted his Tweet! More details HERE.
Cardi B previously made viral comments on wanting to work with WWE, and she's named her favorite wrestlers growing up. She has not responded to Green's latest comments on WrestleMania 41 as of this writing. Tamina Snuka once offered to train the rapper.
Potential major match for WWE WrestleMania 41 revealed
World Wrestling Entertainment will present its 41st annual WrestleMania event in just 280 days. While it's too early for the card to be confirmed, John Cena has announced that he will be in action that night.
The Face that Runs the Place made a surprise appearance at Money In the Bank to announce that he will be retiring in 2025. Cena will work a match at WrestleMania 41 and will continue his retirement tour through 2025.
Not only do fans want Cena's final WrestleMania opponent to be Randy Orton, but he is also the favorite. BetOnline revealed this week that The Viper is the current odds-on favorite to wrestle the Cenation leader on The Grandest Stage of Them All.
WrestleMania 41 will take place on Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20 at Allegiant Stadium. This will be the second WrestleMania to take place in the Las Vegas area after WrestleMania 9 was held in 1993 at Caesars Palace.
