WWE Superstar CM Punk is famous for his controversial "pipe bomb" promo, which he delivered 13 years ago. The Voice of the Voiceless recently issued an intriguing teaser referencing the pipe bomb incident at WrestleMania 41.

The Straight Edge Superstar's iconic "pipe bomb" promo took place in Las Vegas, Nevada, on a Monday Night RAW episode in June 2011. Punk expressed his frustration with WWE, criticizing the company's creative direction and lack of opportunities for talented wrestlers.

Meanwhile, next year's Showcase of the Immortals will be the 41st annual WrestleMania and will take place on April 19 and 20, 2025, at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada. The premium live event is expected to feature top WWE superstars from both RAW and SmackDown, competing in a series of high-stakes matches.

In a recent interview with KTSM, CM Punk referenced his infamous "pipe bomb" promo and stated that the universe has aligned to bring him back to WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas. He promised a spectacular performance, emphasizing the significance of The Showcase of the Immortals and his involvement.

"That's poetry. That's the universe putting WrestleMania in Las Vegas, where I cut the pipe bomb. I promise you, it's going to be fireworks because it's CM Punk, and it's WrestleMania, and it's Las Vegas," Punk said. [H/T: KTSM]

CM Punk says a top WWE star can be a key member of a potential new stable

The Best in the World recently revealed who could be a possible member of the rejuvenated version of his former Straight Edge Society faction.

During the same interview with KTSM, CM Punk said his top choice for a potential new stable would be the reigning NXT North American Champion, Oba Femi.

"I don’t want to beat a dead horse, so it would have to be some sort of a variation on the Straight Edge Society. Maybe something a little bit similar, maybe named different. I think the number one with a bullet to be with me in some form of a stable would be Oba [Femi]," he said.

At WWE Bad Blood, The Straight Edge Superstar will face Drew McIntyre in a brutal Hell in a Cell Match. It will be exciting to see who will emerge victorious between Punk and The Scottish Warrior in their third match.
