WWE has officially announced that CM Punk will face his longtime rival on the January 6, 2025, episode of RAW. He and Seth Rollins will finally collide on the red brand's debut show on Netflix.

The two stars were initially supposed to go one-on-one at WrestleMania XL in April, but The Second City Saint sustained an injury during the Royal Rumble match that kept him on the shelf for numerous months. He was finally cleared to compete at SummerSlam, which saw him take on Drew McIntyre with The Visionary serving as the Special Guest Referee.

Two weeks ago on RAW, Seth Rollins confronted CM Punk during his in-ring promo and challenged him to a fight. The two stars got into a brawl and had to be separated by Jey Uso and Sami Zayn. On red brand this week, Punk opened RAW again and called out the former Universal Champion.

Rollins came out through the crowd, and the two stars got into another brawl. Multiple WWE personnel came out to try and restore order. Adam Pearce announced backstage during the show that CM Punk and Seth Rollins will face each other next year on RAW on January 6

The match will take place 4025 days after their last singles bout, which occurred on the December 30, 2013 edition of RAW.
