CM Punk recently discussed AJ Lee's potential return to WWE and made a bold claim. Lee has not competed in a match since 2015 and is married to Punk in real life.
Speaking with Peter Rosenberg, Punk commented on AJ Lee potentially returning to the company. He noted that wrestling fans are always looking for the next thing and suggested that Lee's return would be bigger than his was last year at Survivor Series 2023.
"That's the fun thing about wrestling fans. They look for stuff that necessarily isn't there. That's kind of the fun of it. Everyone is talking about, 'Who is going to main event WrestleMania?' 'Who is going to enter the Royal Rumble?' 'Who is going to comeback?' They are always looking around this time of year for big returns. I had mine last year, I think hers would be bigger than mine," Punk said. [H/T: Fightful]

WWE star comments on her friendship with CM Punk
Women's Tag Team Champion Jade Cargill opened up about her friendship with CM Punk and shared that he was a straight shooter. Both Cargill and Punk previously worked in AEW.
Speaking with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Dr. Chris Featherstone and Bill Apter, Cargill revealed that Punk's energy was infectious, and he wanted everybody to do well in WWE. The former AEW star added that the 46-year-old also sometimes offers her advice.
"I mean, he's [CM Punk] a straight-forth guy," Cargill said. "Like, I don't know. He's just infectious. His energy's infectious. He wants everybody to do great. He's a straight shooter. If he sees something he doesn't like, he's the type of person to come over and tell me, 'Jade, that was cr*p,' or whatever he'll say in his form of words." [From 03:57 – 04:14]
