CM Punk had to address Drew McIntyre when coming out on Monday Night RAW - especially the latter's suspension following Money in the Bank. He had one surprising request when talking about his rival, The Scottish Warrior.
This week on RAW, CM Punk opened the show and paid tribute to John Cena before getting to the heart of the matter - Drew McIntyre. He simply explained that what McIntyre was going through was the fact that actions have consequences.
Not only this, but Punk explicitly requested for Adam Pearce to end Drew McIntyre's suspension so he could get his hands on him.

CM Punk would end up getting interrupted by Seth Rollins, who tried to be as calm as possible.
However, the hatred between the two men was quick to come out, especially from Rollins, who now can't challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship as long as Damian Priest is the champion. Rollins would threaten Punk and tell him that before he could even say McIntyre's name, he would have his arm snapped.
Punk's medical clearance may have already happened, but WWE has been very quiet about it, presumably because it will likely be announced in the build-up to SummerSlam 2024 as Punk finally gets ready to take on The Scottish Warrior.
