CM Punk has reacted to Jade Cargill's cryptic social media post. The reigning WWE Women's Tag Team Champion is currently absent from the company after being ambushed backstage on an episode of SmackDown.

Cargill and Bianca Belair regained the Women's Tag Team Championship at the 2024 Bash In Berlin Premium Live Event. They defeated Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn to mark the beginning of their second reign as champions. The duo was having a dominant run with the gold before Big Jade was sidelined due to injuries in November last year.

On social media, Cargill shared a cryptic post, where she was covered in blood. While the 32-year-old superstar didn't send a message, her post caught the attention of many, including Punk. The Second City Saint shared an astonished face emoji in the comments section.

Dutch Mantell expressed his displeasure with the Jade Cargill storyline

Dutch Mantell is seemingly not fond of the ongoing Jade Cargill angle on WWE TV. He recently claimed that the storyline had failed to generate interest among WWE fans.

On a recent episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk, Mantell questioned Cargill's status and whether she was legitimately injured.

"I think at this time, nobody gives a cr*p who attacked her. I think they said, who did it? Okay nobody? Let's go. I don't see them rioting at Titan Towers about who attacked her. Nobody gives a cr*p. It's been five weeks right or four weeks? Five weeks, nobody cares. I'm a believer in dragging stuff out, but by God, go and do it if you're really gonna do it. Is she hurt?"

Bianca Belair has been teaming up with Naomi amid Cargill's absence from WWE television. The EST and Naomi successfully defended the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship against Candice LeRae and Nia Jax on a recent edition of SmackDown.

The EST is expected to continue her reign as the Women's Tag Team Champion alongside Naomi. Meanwhile, it remains to be seen when Jade Cargill gets the green light to return to action.
