WWE Superstar CM Punk recently took to social media to react after legendary singer and actor Kris Kristofferson's demise. The legend passed away on September 28, 2024, at the age of 88.
It is an extremely sad time for the music and entertainment industry as one of the greatest performers ever is no more. Since this heartbreaking news broke, several big-name stars have reacted to the legend's passing on social media, including Hollywood actor Josh Brolin.
Brolin's Instagram tribute to Kris Kristofferson caught WWE Superstar CM Punk's attention and the latter took to his Instagram Stories to repost it. The Second City Saint only shared Josh Brolin's post without any captions, but put one of Kristofferson's songs in the background.

CM Punk teased a match with former WWE World Heavyweight Champion
CM Punk is currently in a heated feud with Drew McIntyre and the duo are all set to lock horns once again, this time inside Hell in a Cell at the WWE Bad Blood Premium Live Event.
However, during an interview with The Hot Tag on 103.5 KISS FM, Punk said that he promised former World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest a match at Madison Square Garden.
The Second City Saint also revealed that the duo were supposed to main event in a dark match at the Garden but it did not happen due to some issues with Priest's flight.
"Damian Priest is another one. I got a loose promise with him that me and him are going to main event at the [Madison Square] Garden. He was supposed to main event the Garden in a dark match, [but] he had really bad flight trouble couple of months back so he didn’t make it. I owe him that at least. I think I told him that," he said.
It remains to be seen who will come out on top between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre at Bad Blood.
