CM Punk has revealed his next move after beating Drew McIntyre at WWE Bash In Berlin Premium Live Event in the German capital. He intends to challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Punk defeated McIntyre in a Strap Match and secured his first major victory since returning to the company in late 2023. At the SummerSlam Premium Live Event, he lost to McIntyre in their first-ever clash.

Cathy Kelley caught up with Punk after his win over McIntyre and the former WWE Champion revealed that he was done with the Scotsman. The Second City Saint wanted to get into the World Heavyweight Championship picture.
In the main event of WWE Bash In Berlin, Gunther successfully defended the World Heavyweight Championship against Randy Orton. This marked The Ring General's first title defense since capturing the title at SummerSlam.

Gunther's next challenger is yet to be revealed. However, with CM Punk expressing his interest in challenging for the world title, a match between him and the reigning champion could turn into reality.
However, considering the bad blood between Punk and McIntyre, the feud between the two arch-rivals seems far from over. They could potentially cross paths in a trilogy contest in the near future.
