CM Punk made an unannounced appearance on NXT tonight with a message. He also paid a tribute to another WWE star.

Since arriving in WWE, Jade Cargill has proven herself a dominant force in the ring. She has managed to live up to the hype quickly and even won her first title. Her dominance has even made Punk subtly pay tribute to the 32-year-old.
The Straight Edge Superstar appeared in NXT last week and announced that he would be the Special Guest Referee in the NXT Championship match between Trick Williams and Ethan Page. Tonight on the show, Punk was backstage wearing a Jade Cargill shirt. He told Trick Williams that he wouldn't allow either man to cheat during the championship match next week and would call the match down the middle.

Punk also claimed that he would raise the hand of the winner, whether Trick Williams or Ethan Page, and he won't play favorites next week.
This match will take place next week on the CW Network. Given Page's penchant for cheating during his title matches, it will be interesting to see if CM Punk can call the match down the middle.

Sunil admires former world champions AJ Styles, Will Ospreay, and Kenny Omega for their ability to consistently deliver great matches as well as entertain crowds with their mic skills.
If ever given a chance to change a storyline, Sunil would have booked Roman Reigns to end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak instead of Brock Lesnar. According to him, The Tribal Chief needed the victory more than Brock Lesnar, as the latter was already an established performer when he defeated ‘Taker. He would’ve also made that as Taker’s final match.
