WWE Superstars CM Punk and Seth Rollins are set to compete for the first time since The Second City Saint's return to the Stamford-based company. The Best in the World recently described his relationship with The Visionary in one word.
The two WWE Superstars started brawling after a verbal back-and-forth in the opening segment of last week's edition of the red brand. Rollins then spoke to Adam Pearce backstage, demanding a match against Punk. The General Manager obliged, and a singles contest between the two was announced for RAW's Netflix premiere scheduled on January 6.
Earlier today, WWE posted a clip of CM Punk and Seth Rollins from RAW, with the two stars throwing shade at each other. The Instagram post claimed that there was a lot of hatred between the two athletes.
"Hate probably isn’t a strong enough word when it comes to @wwerollins and @cmpunk... 😮💨," read the caption of the post.

The Instagram post grabbed Punk's attention, who rectified the statement in the caption with a one-word message. He indicated in the comments section that "hate" should be replaced with "indifference."
"*Indifference," Punk wrote.
Wrestling veteran makes bold prediction for CM Punk vs Seth Rollins
NWA Hall of Famer Bill Apter recently shared his prediction for the much-awaited match between Punk and Rollins.
Speaking on a recent Live Q&A on Backstage Pass, the legendary wrestling journalist predicted that the CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins match on RAW's Netflix premiere would not be their last. He added that the two stars would go after each other and the contest could witness intervention from the security.
"It's gonna be the first but not last time. It's gonna last several months. I assume that it will wind up in a cage match. I don't know what they're gonna do in the first match, but it can't be a wrestling match with holds and headlocks. It's gotta be a real brawl and hell of a lot of policy or security guards pulling [them apart] etc," he said. [From 08:50 onwards]

The last time Punk and Rollins competed in a singles match was nearly 11 years ago when The Best in the World defeated The Visionary on the December 30, 2013, edition of Monday Night RAW. It will be interesting to see who comes out on top come January 6.
