WWE legend praises CM Punk following recent episode of RAW
WWE Hall of Famer Teddy Long recently lauded CM Punk following his promo on the March 25 edition of the red brand.
Speaking on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Time Machine podcast, the former WWE GM commented on the veteran's promo with Drew McIntyre and Seth Rollins last month. He noted that some of it felt real and everyone involved in the segment looked comfortable while performing.
"That was just outstanding. That was well written, and it didn't take a lot to write it because I could see that some of it was not written. Some of it was actually real. Those promos were outstanding. Everybody was on time. There's certainly a change there, and the change looks good. You can see in the guys like Punk, Drew, and them, when they were cutting their promos, they were so comfortable," said Long. [From 06:02 - 06:29]
