Cody Rhodes gives The New Day a brutally honest response to their betrayal of Big E on WWE RAW

The New Day became a public enemy after they betrayed Big E, and Cody Rhodes let them know exactly how he felt. In a brief backstage interaction, he brutally responded to Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston.

As you may know, Cody Rhodes and Xavier Woods crossed paths in childhood. They both grew up in Atlanta and have known each other for a long time.

Backstage, Cody was coming out of Adam Pearce's room, presumably in the wake of WWE's new "Transfer Window" policy heading into 2025. He waited as Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods approached him and acknowledged their history together.

Cody Rhodes then told both men they should be ashamed of themselves for what they did to Big E.

The crowd and just about everyone else would agree with this sentiment, as Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods were the most hated men on RAW tonight and perhaps in all of WWE. Not only did they show Cathy Kelley attitude by refusing to answer her question and calling her a "biased" journalist, but they even took the legendary cameraman Stu's camera and took it to the ring as a sign of disrespect.

Ultimately, the Wichita crowd booed them so badly that they had to walk out of RAW without being able to provide an explanation.

Throughout the way, they both seemed delusional about why they were getting such a response.
