While The American Nightmare certainly had a red-hot start to his reign after taking down Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, many believe his shine has dulled over the last few months. However, his recent feud with Kevin Owens impressed several fans and critics. Bill Apter, for one, thought that The Prizefighter should take the title from Cody at a future edition of WWE Saturday Night's Main Event.
Speaking on Sportskeeda's UnSKripted, the veteran journalist stated:

"What I would like to see, no knock to Cody, but Saturday Night's Main Event, they are gonna do another one in January. Kevin Owens is a such a great maniac. He should take the title at Saturday Night's Main Event. The rematch is the following Saturday Night's Main Event." [From 35:00 onwards]
As of now, it remains to be seen how the upcoming WWE Saturday Night's Main Event edition will be received by fans and critics.

If there is one storyline he can work on in WWE, Shubhajit would book Roman Reigns’ future with The Bloodline following WrestleMania XL, where he lost to Cody Rhodes. He would have Reigns’ stablemates excommunicate him, laying the foundation for a gimmick change for the former. After Reigns’ exit from the faction, Shubhajit would portray him as an anti-hero trying hard to claw his way back up to the top.
