Cody Rhodes shocked the world with his massive return during WWE's Holiday Tour in Jacksonville. The American Nightmare has been out of action since Kevin Owens' brutal assault following their match at Saturday Night's Main Event, which led to Rhodes being stretchered out of the arena.
The Undisputed WWE Champion returned at the live event and defended his title against Kevin Owens in a steel cage match. Following the match, The Prizefighter tried to deliver another piledriver to Rhodes. However, the latter could turn things around and take the KO down.
After all the action, Cody Rhodes made a massive announcement regarding his future. The American Nightmare stated that while he fashioned a neck brace during his return in Jacksonville, he confirmed that he would be present on the December 27 episode SmackDown in Tampa, Florida.
"And I don't think I'm going to miss Tampa for Friday Night SmackDown either," stated Cody Rhodes.
With his massive announcement, Rhodes will clearly address his feud with Kevin Owens in the upcoming episode of the blue brand. With everything set, time will tell what the company has in store for the grueling rivalry between both men in the future.
