Cody Rhodes makes surprising Brock Lesnar comparison

Cody Rhodes has surprisingly compared a female WWE Superstar to Brock Lesnar. The Undisputed WWE Champion is currently involved in a rivalry with The Bloodline on SmackDown.

The American Nightmare welcomed WWE Women's Champion Bayley as his first guest on his new talk show called What Do You Wanna Talk About? on the promotion's YouTube channel. During the conversation, Rhodes stated that The Beast Incarnate and Candice LeRae were the two strongest people he had ever been inside the ring with.

He noted that LeRae hit him with a Suplex on the independent wrestling scene once and sent him flying, ever since then it had become a running joke for Rhodes.

“One time, [she] suplexed me on the indies, and the joke I used to make was, the strongest two people I’ve ever been in the ring with were Brock Lesnar and Candice. She threw me through the roof," said Rhodes. [H/T: Ringside News]

WWE veteran claims Cody Rhodes should have been stretchered out of Money in the Bank

Dutch Mantell believes the promotion should have stretched Cody Rhodes out of the arena following his loss at WWE Money in the Bank.

Rhodes teamed up with Randy Orton and Kevin Owens to battle The Bloodline in the main event of the premium live event this past Saturday night. The Sikoa-led faction picked up the victory and Solo pinned Cody at the end of the match.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk show, Mantell praised Cody Rhodes for selling at the end of the match but pointed out that he possibly overdid it. The former WWE manager suggested that the champion had been lying motionless for so long, that the company should have had him stretchered out of the arena to close the show.

"An image in my head is Cody just laid there like a da*n, like a shot squirrel, and never moved. He is there. That's because he is a professional, and he knows he's gotta sell that. So if you're gonna sell it that long, you need to have the stretcher come in, cart your a*s out, if you are gonna lay there that long. I mean, that's thinking after the fact," said Mantell. Cody Rhodes dethroned Roman Reigns in the main event of Night Two of WrestleMania XL to become the Undisputed WWE Champion. The Tribal Chief has not returned to SmackDown since the loss in April.
