Cody Rhodes has been in the wrestling business for close to 18 years now. In that time, he has performed all over the world, working for the likes of WWE, AEW, New Japan Pro-Wrestling, and TNA. With that much experience under his belt, the current Undisputed WWE Champion has seen it all and done it all, and recently he revealed the one thing he dislikes the most in the industry.

Speaking to Jonathan Coachman during a recent appearance on Behind the Turnbuckle, Cody Rhodes discussed his current run as Undisputed WWE Champion and spoke in depth about his emotional WWE return two years ago. Amidst this, The American Nightmare also revealed that he does not like it when legends return to the ring under the guise that they're there to help the young talent.

The 38-year-old claimed that while it has been some time since he's heard that excuse, it still irks him. The SmackDown Superstar went on to suggest that, more often than not, these legends or veterans are here for themselves, and he'd appreciate it if they were more honest about that.

"The number one red flag I hear. If you meet a guy who is a legend who is coming in on the roster and he's going to be active, or a part-time guy, the number one red flag if you're young or in the middle of the pack [as a] talent is when you hear somebody say, 'I'm just here for the young guys.' I already know. You're not just here for the young guys. I would rather you tell me straight up, 'I'm here for some of you all, and I'm here for myself!' This is a selfish, competitive business. I like the most transparent people. 'Here's what I'd like to do; let's do it!'" Cody said.

Cody Rhodes will face a new version of The Bloodline at Money In the Bank

The American Nightmare has been embroiled in a never-ending rivalry with The Bloodline since his return to the Stamford-based promotion in 2022. The 38-year-old defeated Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in a ''Bloodline Rules'' Match at this year's Show of Shows.

Now, just a few months after defeating the group, Cody Rhodes must face them once again. However, this time around, he is faced with a new and far more dangerous version of the heel faction. The Undisputed WWE Champion will team up with Randy Orton and Kevin Owens to take on any three members of the new Bloodline (Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu) in a six-man tag team match at the upcoming Money in the Bank Premium Live Event.

It will be interesting to see how Cody Rhodes deals with this new version of The Bloodline.
