Cody Rhodes says WWE star is in the hospital; says how serious it is - Reports

Cody Rhodes took it into his hands to give a health update for a WWE Superstar. The star is in the hospital.

Being Cody Rhodes' ally has come at a cost for superstars on WWE SmackDown recently. The Bloodline has targeted Rhodes and has taken pleasure in making him watch his allies get destroyed right before him. This was seen with Randy Orton two weeks back and Kevin Owens on last week's episode. Rhodes had to help both stars to the back after the attack.

According to a report by Fightful Select, after SmackDown was done, Cody Rhodes came out to the crowd and decided to address them. Besides superkicking a Prime bottle to honor Kevin Owens, the star also had other things to discuss.

He praised the Street Profits as a team that has done all the work over the years. He also addressed what happened with Kevin Owens in last week's episode of SmackDown. He said that Kevin Owens had to be taken to the hospital after being hurt during the Bloodline attack. He then said that Owens would be okay and that it was not that serious.

This took place after the show last week when the show was taped. Since then, Owens has wrestled again at live events in Japan, where he teamed up with LA Knight and Shinsuke Nakamura.
