Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes sent a final message to Kevin Owens ahead of their title match tomorrow at Bash in Berlin. The Prizefighter and Cody Rhodes had a face-to-face during this week's edition of WWE SmackDown, and the challenger noted that The American Nightmare was not in the best health heading into the bout.

Rhodes had initially suggested for Owens to be his opponent at WWE Bash in Berlin, and the veteran initially refused the offer. He referenced his recent win/loss record and claimed he didn't deserve the opportunity. However, he changed his tune after SmackDown General Manager, Nick Aldis revealed he was considering Roman Reigns for the title match and ultimately accepted the match.

Ahead of the title match at Bash in Berlin, Rhodes took to social media to send a final message. He shared a photograph of himself and his daughter (Liberty) with Owens by their side. Rhodes' daughter can be seen glaring at The Prizefighter in the image below.

Wrestling veteran, Vince Russo, recently predicted that Kevin Owens would come up short at Bash in Berlin against Cody Rhodes.

Speaking on a recent episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW show, Russo suggested it would be a joke if Owens captured the Undisputed WWE Championship at the premium live event. He also criticized the promotion for their booking being too predictable heading into the show.

"You really think Kevin Owens is gonna beat Cody Rhodes? That’s the biggest joke. That’s what I am talking about bro. There isn’t a chance in hell of Orton winning or of Owens winning or Sami Zayn winning tonight. This is what I am talking about. The predictability. You know the finish of every match before the match even freaking starts," said Russo. [27:58 onwards]

Cody Rhodes captured the title by defeating Roman Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania XL on Night Two. The Head of the Table went on hiatus following the loss but returned at SummerSlam to attack Solo Sikoa as he was vying for the title against Rhodes.

The new Tribal Chief noted during tonight's edition of SmackDown that he will be coming after the title once again following Bash in Berlin this weekend.
