Former WWE manager Dutch Mantell spoke about Cody Rhodes' segment on SmackDown this week. The champ was face-to-face with The Bloodline on the blue brand.

During the final segment of the show, The Bloodline dismantled Cody and Randy Orton ruthlessly. They even forced Cody to watch helplessly as they destroyed Randy, putting him through the announcer's table at ringside.

During this week's episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk, Mantell felt that the champ acted foolishly. The veteran pointed out that Cody Rhodes didn't stand a chance against the combined might of The Bloodline and yet he stood there to fight them. He felt Rhodes wouldn't get much sympathy for his actions.

"Cody lost me. He's gonna stand there and pull his jacket off with four guys there. Everybody knew what was coming. Them beating the cr*p out of him didn't get him a lot of sympathy. He got his own a*s whipped becuase of his own ignorance. You're gonna stand there and fight four of them then he gets what he gets." [4:34 onwards]

This week on SmackDown, Cody Rhodes has granted Solo Sikoa a shot at the Undisputed WWE Championship at SummerSlam.

It will be interesting to see if The American Nightmare can once again withstand the overwhelming odds of the Bloodline.
