RAW Superstar comments on Gable Steveson's exit from WWE
American Made's Chad Gable recently discussed Gable Steveson's departure from the promotion.
In a conversation with Gorilla Position, the veteran shared that he didn't know the reason why Steveson's time in the promotion didn't go as planned. Gable noted that the 24-year-old came from an amateur wrestling background, and sometimes it was difficult for athletes to show emotion as a part of their character on television.
"I don't personally know the reason. I just know that coming from an amateur background, it's very difficult to break your stone-faced mentality of just show no emotions and give your opponent nothing to play off of. If you can't break through that and allow yourself to be vulnerable and be open to the people, you can have a hard time here," Gable said. [From 19:53 to 20:23]
