Mia Yim has been focused on pushing for the Women's United States Championship over the past few weeks. However, she has shared some unfortunate news following WWE RAW.

Yim shared an update on her Instagram where she revealed that her beloved dog Jolene had passed away. Yim shared that she was unwell last night and then updated to reveal that she had passed the rainbow bridge today.

Yim revealed in a lengthy Instagram post that she had adopted Jolene when she was eight years old, just as she had moved to Texas. She thought she would only have her for a year but instead had her for three and was thankful for all the time she and her husband, AEW star Keith Lee, had with her.

Mia Yim returned as part of The OC when she came back to WWE a few years ago. However, she has since been forced to recreate herself after AJ Styles left the group and opted to go it alone.

Yim has since gotten rid of the blue hair but has found herself with a kendo stick and a new hardcore personality which she hopes will take her to the Women's United States Championship.

Several women have already been eliminated from the tournament and Chelsea Green appears to be the favorite. However, Yim is someone who can't be overlooked due to her passion behind her new role and the title win could change her career.

The Women's Intercontinental Championship was also recently unveiled on RAW, which means the women will have two new titles to compete for on the main roster in the coming months. The final for the United States Championship will take place at Saturday Night's Main Event on December 14.
