Congratulations are in order for one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time, Kurt Angle. The Olympic Gold Medalist recently took to social media to comment on his latest accomplishment.
The wrestling legend made a huge name for himself in WWE, where he shared the ring with many renowned stars such as Brock Lesnar, The Undertaker, John Cena, and Stone Cold Steve Austin. He also won several championships during his initial run with the company. After he left, he went to TNA and enjoyed more success. He won the TNA World Heavyweight Championship six times and put on countless classic bouts.

Kurt Angle recently got inducted into the International Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame, and he took to X to share a photo of himself with his award. He wrote that it was an honor for him and thanked everyone who attended his induction in Albany, NY.
"It was an honor to be inducted into the international professional wrestling HOF today in Albany, NY. Thank you to all who attended. #wrestling #HOF," wrote Angle.

Kurt Angle on what upset him about Rey Mysterio at WWE WrestleMania 22
In 2006, Rey Mysterio won the Royal Rumble match and faced Randy Orton and Kurt Angle in a Triple Threat match at WrestleMania 22 for the World Heavyweight Championship. The Master of the 619 won the title that night.
During an episode of WWE Playback on YouTube, The Olympic Gold medalist told Rey Mysterio that he was upset with his entrance, as it took too long.
"What I was upset about was your damn entrance (laughs). Our match got cut, and your entrance had to be eight minutes long. And I was like, 'My gosh, we're not even gonna have a wrestling match.' But it actually turned out to be a great match... We had to pick it up. (The entrance) was freaking cool, but I was so mad. You went all the way up, I'm like, ‘Is he gonna get out in the ring?’" Angle said.
Kurt Angle and Rey Mysterio are both WWE Hall of Famers. They're both regarded by many fans as two of the greatest wrestlers of all time.
