Rey Mysterio talks about his retirement from pro-wrestling
The former WWE Champion is still going strong at 50-years-old. Earlier this year, he opened up about his eventual retirement while speaking on Busted Open Radio.
Check out his comments below:
"I think what's left is to be able to plan a nice sunset and be able to thank everyone who has followed and supported me throughout the years, and give them, when the time is right, a good farewell. Not something that'll happen one time and then I come back and do it again. Maybe a farewell tour. Something that can mean something to me and everyone that will be there. Whether it's every city, a country, this is the last time we'll be together," he told Busted Open Radio. [H/T - Fightful]
Mysterio was quite emotional over his achievement and stated that it was special for him to do so. He further said that taking care of the 100th wish "really touches deep into" his heart.
